'Mixed Messages'

Tara's is currently exploring the concept of subtle and overt messages and how they shape us individually and as a society.

Her work, created with collage, acrylic paint and various drawing implements, relies heavily on form and color.

She uses a layering technique that reveals bits of history from earlier stages of the paintings. In addition to her mixed media paintings, Tara's show will include an art installation.

There will be live music at the opening reception.
