Mongolian BBQ

What if I told you that Mongolian BBQ is neither Mongolian, nor BBQ. Would you believe me if I told you that Mongolian BBQ was an idea by a Taiwanese Comedian & Restauranteur in the early 1950’s. Could it be possible that Mongolian BBQ is a combination of Chinese and Japanese Stir-frying techniques popularized in the West post WW2? Yep! All of that is true!  And we are going to learn all about it in this fun and informative class!

This is an online, live & interactive cooking class. Gather will provide a recipe kit with the ingredients, available for pick up or you can choose to shop on your own.  Food will be cooked in your own kitchen with your own equipment. Each recipe serves 4.
