Mother's Day Brunch

Enjoy a Mother’s Day Brunch with a menu prepared by Executive Chef Stephen Fabian! There will be a change to enter Mom into a wonderful spa giveaway!

Menu:

Breakfast

• Seasoned home fries, applewood smoked bacon, maple link sausage, oatmeal, assorted petite danish, cinnamon rolls, croissants, chocolate croissants, assorted breakfast breads, mini muffins, and fresh fruit topped coffee cakes

Omelet Station

• Onions, tomato, olives, spinach, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, ham, bacon, sausage, shredded cheddar

Crepe Station

• Fillings: sweet cream cheese, chocolate hazelnut spread, peanut butter, dolce de leche
• Additions: candied pecans, toasted almonds, crushed pistachios, blueberry compote, macerated strawberries, chocolate shavings, hot fudge, carmel, crème anglaise, and more

Waffle Station

• Strawberries, blueberry compote, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, whipped butter, maple syrup

• Domestic and imported cheese
• Sliced fresh fruit
• Antipasto with imported and domestic cured meat and cheese and marinated vegetables
• Fusion tomato mozzarella salad
• Raspberries and almond-stuffed baked brie en croute with crostini and fried pita
• Jumbo shrimp and crab leg display
• Key lime cocktail sauce with lemon and crab legs with drawn butter

Composed Salads

• Baby kale and spinach with kalamata olive, oven roasted red peppers, fire roasted tomatoes,
  rosemary and garlic crouton, shaved asiago, and toasted pine nuts tossed in aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil (Gluten Free)
• Napa cabbage and endive with pomegranate seeds, blood orange segments, toasted pistachios, and
  sunflower seeds tossed in an orange poppy seed dressing (Gluten Free)
• Quinoa salad with oven roasted beets, cucumber, orange segments, frisée, white balsamic and basil vinaigrette (Gluten Free)
• Thai peanut and coconut glass noodle salad with napa cabbage, broccoli, dried cranberries, and banh mi (Gluten free and vegan)

• Baked halibut with salsa verde, pickled onions, and radish coins
• Chicken caponata with sumner squashe and hints of oregano and red wine vinegar
• Porchetta with a white bean salsa and grilled fennel with a lemon white wine reduction
