Mother's Day Paddleboard Yoga & Sound Bath

This special Paddleboard Yoga class includes a beautiful sound bath during Savasana. John "Thunderheart" Robinson will delight the senses and nurture the spirit with healing flute song. Journey into bliss as you float into relaxation while being bathed in waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional wind instruments.

No experience required.

All equipment provided: (GLIDE SUP, Paddle, Leash, Lifevest, Anchor)

Requirements: 48 cancellation, ages 12+, ability to swim unassisted, signed waiver.
