Mushroom Cultivation & Soil Building with King Stropharia Mushrooms

Join Smokebrush Farm Manager Chris Collinge for an informative two-hour workshop!

Participants will be inoculating wood chip beds with King Stropharia Mushroom spawn and discussing it’s multi-use properties as a gourmet edible, toxic waste remediation, and many contributions to the soil food web.

Workshop will involve traveling around farm grounds.

Walking/standing should be expected.

Comfortable attire and shoes suggested.
