Navigating the Winter Skies

Explore the winter night sky and learn about basic astronomy with Bruce Bookout from the Colorado Springs Astronomical Society. Bruce is a professor of astronomy, and co-host for the KRCC radio show “Looking Up”. This will be an indoor presentation in the Red Rocks Room.

Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center is pleased to present the 2018 Garden of the Gods Gateway Adventure Series, an array of exciting monthly presentations, classes, demonstrations, walks and hikes featuring top naturalists, interpreters, historians and many special guests. The series will inform and educate the community on the many unique aspects of Garden of the Gods Park while encouraging environmental awareness of this precious national natural landmark.
