It is a joyful fitness practice that is based on moving in YOUR body’s way! In this two-and-a- half hour playshop designed for beginners, we’ll introduce the basic concepts of Nia principles, get moving in a fun Nia class, and end with a Nia 5-Stages of Healing experience.

All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience is necessary!
