Love is all you Knead.
It’s the perfect time to learn how to make soft, chewy, homemade pretzels! In this class we’ll teach you how to make a high-altitude friendly pretzel dough. Then we’ll show you two different ways to use it! Practice the classic twist and learn how to make easier pretzel bites. While we wait for our dough to rise, we’ll also make homemade beer and curry mustards as well as a dip!
This is a hands-on class. This is hands-on class. This class is taught in our workshop format. Each group of 2 will make all five of the recipes and share the bounty! This class is vegetarian.
