One Big Breath - Guided Meditation

This meditation will allow you to gain access to your inner peace and teaches a technique to return to the peace when out and about in your busy life.

Begins with noticing our body, lighting it up with our imagination and noticing the space around us.

We then create a space where we feel love, peace and contentment, using our senses and imagination.

After noticing and remembering how we feel in this space, we use one big breath to get ourselves back to our special space when we feel we have left it.

People say they leave feeling peaceful and empowered, knowing they can attain their inner peace outside the studio.
