Organ Dedication Concert

Monte Maxwell, Director of Chapel Activities and Organist at the U. S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, will play the dedication concert of the new 4-manual, 129 digital rank organ in the 1500 seat sanctuary of Village Seven Presbyterian Church on Friday, June 8. The concert is free and open to the public. A reception will follow the event.

Mr. Maxwell has performed across the United States as well as in Europe, South America and Canada. His annual All Saints’ Day Organ Concert has become a staple of the Naval Academy and greater Annapolis cultural community. The standing-room-only event drew some 3,000 people into the Naval Academy Chapel, breaking all records in attendance for any event through the Chapel’s history.
