Piano Trio Concert

On Sunday March 30 at 2:30pm the Benedictine Sisters of Benet Hill Monastery will present the second concert in their classical music series in Our Lady of Peace Chapel. In honor of women’s history month, the program will explore influential women composers from the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries in a program entitled "Unsung Voices: Women in Music." Featured on the program will be Colorado Springs based piano trio, Trio Paradis, violinist Jeri Jorgensen and cellist Pam Chaddon, with guest pianist Angelina Gadeliya performing works of Elisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre, Germaine Tailleferre – the only female member of Les Six, Nadia Boulanger and Clara Schumann.

Come enjoy an afternoon of the works of four extraordinary composers in the beautiful setting of Benet Hill, just north of Interquest. Concert dedicated in memory of Robin Kissinger. Light reception at intermission.
