Preserved Lemons

Spring is the perfect time to make preserved lemons!  Add fresh and bright flavors to your dishes at home. In this class each person will make their very own jar of preserved lemons to take home! Then we’ll make 4 very different recipes to show you how to use them.

This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2×4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!
