Learn how to preserve flavorful vegetables.
Feel confident and proud to give your homemade pickled vegetables to friends and family! During this course, you will learn tested and research-based techniques to safely pickle vegetables, covering water bath canning basics to ensure preservation.
The workshop is hands-on and you will be able to take home your very own jar of pickles at the end of class. All of Michael Lucero’s food preservation classes teach similar techniques.
