Serious Palate Wine Workshop: Bordeaux and Burgundy

This is a sweetheart of a workshop that will lead our monthly exploration of great wine countries, regions, and styles that EVERY wine lover should know.  Bordeaux and Burgundy: More than Bottle-Shapes and The Grapes.  We’ll taste classic examples, answer those burning questions about Grand Crus and give you some store shelf and menu savvy powers that you will find invaluable!

The Serious Palate is for the wine lover who wants to delve into wine’s sense of place…location matters and we’ll discover why. Space is limited; reservations are required. Serious Palate Tasting Classes are $35.00 per person and include professional-level instruction, tasting of 6 wines, light accompanying snacks and a takeaway note sheet. We will not be reviewing wine & tasting basics each week as we do in the Curious Palate Series.
