 Summer is a great time to get serious about German wines – and no, they are not all sweet Rieslings.  Mosel, Pfalz, Rheingau or Wurttemberg?  The wines and regions are different, and we look forward to sharing a German Wines & Labeling: A New Look at Old World Charm. The Serious Palate is for the wine lover who wants to delve into wine’s sense of place…location matters and we’ll discover why. Space is limited; reservations are required. Serious Palate Tasting Classes are $35.00 per person and include professional-level instruction, tasting of 6 wines, light accompanying snacks and a takeaway note sheet.
