Silk Fiber Art Class

Silk fibers, wool fibers, papers, fabric scraps, unraveled threads and strings of micro-LEDs can be bonded to sheer fabrics using a textile hardener.

In this class, we’ll be exploring textures, color and shapes.

Don’t be afraid to get messy while creating beautiful art pieces. At the beginning of class we will discuss incorporating unconventional materials in your work--get ready to experiment!

No-cost materials from home are encouraged--examples will be discussed in class.
