Do you like to have fun? Meet new friends?  Do other fun adventures? Well then…Sometimes A Girl has Just Gotta Dance!

All girls ages Kindergarten – 5th grade are welcome to come join us for a 2 hour “introduction to dance” party, learning some great Disney themed dances.

GS Cadette Troop 609 wants to share some super fun, exciting and stimulating activities for you to experience about dance. And if you are a Brownie Girl Scout this event is designed to meet the dance badge requirements:

• Warm-up – we will learn to warm up like a dancer
• Team Up – talk to dancers and learn about posture, using your body to show expression and how to take a bow
• Learn Dance – Introduction to a variety of dance steps and movement patterns
• Storytelling – use dance to tell a story
• Perform – share what you have learned and created

Parents/guardians are invited to return 30 minutes before end of event to watch the performance.
