Southern Lunch: Meat and Three

For those of you who are unfamiliar, a meat and three is basically lunch for people who have difficulty making up their minds. Kidding of course, a meat and three is the best way to have lunch – typically, a southern restaurant will have a couple different entrée selections and about 6,000 different salads, or beans, or greens, or mac and cheese or, or, or, or, and the list goes on. We’ve done the hard part and picked the menu, all you have to do is meet us here and help cook and eat it!

This is a hand-on class. This class is taught in our 2×4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!
