St. Patrick's Day Gala

Please join us for the 13th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Gala. Cocktails & Silent Auction Bidding begin at 5:30 pm and runs until 7:00 pm. During this time, guests will enjoy music by the Colorado Springs Conservatory.

As guest begin to move into the Grand Ballroom for the main event, they will be greeted with Irish dancing provided Celtic Steps.  Promptly at 7:15 pm, CEO Mark Rohlena will welcome guests and Bishop Michael Sheridan will say an Irish prayer.  Guests will dine on a heirloom red spinach salad with butter lettuce, fried beet sticks, feta cheese with raspberries & blueberries;  a duet entree of baked chicken with a white wine mushroom sauce and thinly sliced corned beef with a mustard sauce;  dilled carrots and green bamboo risotto;  and Irish Soda bread.  The vegetarian option is a Roasted Vegetable Gnocchi.  Guests will then be entertained with the traditional Dessert Parade, ending with a dessert trio of lemon cream cake, a pecan chewy, and a chocolate custard tart.  They will also enjoy complementary green beer and a selection of Barefoot wines.

Then it is on to the drawing for the $1,000 Pot O’Gold, the live auction, a client testimonial, ending with the Marian House Paddle auction.  The evening ends with dancing to  live music provided by One More Shot.
