State of the Outdoors 2018

Featuring Colorado’s first Gubernatorial Forum focused on the outdoors! Join a lively gathering of celebration and engagement at the 2nd annual State of the Outdoors! This year’s event includes a Gubernatorial Forum, an Outdoor Community Expo, food, drink, and friends!

Engage in the challenges and opportunities facing outdoor spaces with the Colorado Governor Candidates Forum, moderated by the Colorado Springs Business Journal’s Editor, Bryan Grossman. Hear about the issues and the different candidates’ perspectives so you head to the polls informed.

Community leaders will frame and pose questions focused on the outdoors as a key economic driver and significant factor in the community’s health and well-being. Visit with candidates following the forum to ask your own burning questions and learn more about their campaigns!

Celebrate the outdoor community and learn the many opportunities available to you through the Outdoor Community Expo, showcasing the Pikes Peak region’s amazing outdoor businesses, nonprofits, and land management entities.

Consider how you can volunteer and get involved in protecting outdoor assets and supporting ongoing community efforts!

Plus, learn about the launch of the region’s first collaborative website designed to serve as a hub for outdoor recreation in the region!

Your ticket includes light hors d’eourvres and beer/soft drinks.

Note: There will also be an After Party at Oskar Blues, 118 N. Tejon St.
