Laura Reilly’s show ‘Stolen Moments’ shares her luminous view of the city at night with intense, vivid color. Her intimate paintings are impressionistic snapshots that capture the hidden energy and motion that Old Colorado City only reveals after dark.

While known for her impressionistic paintings of Colorado's best loved landscapes and vivid indigenous wildflowers, this show reveals a rarely seen side of Laura Reilly's work.

Her shadowy but familiar streets take on an otherworldly aura when suddenly illuminated by headlight bursts.

Dark details become mystic figures that explode into color while silvery windows reflect and distort the commonplace.

'Stolen Moments' opens during the March 1 Art Walk and continues through the end of April.
