Gallery member Susan Risinger pursues the theme of "Marks" in various media. Marks are a visual shorthand that defines edges, divisions and transitions. Like handwriting, marks are personally specific. Risinger uses this language to describe natural forms as well as manufactured objects. With her marks she documents a moment, an existence, a symbol or a thought.
