Tamales Cooking Class

Candlemas is February 2, so it’s time to make exquisite tamales!

Tamales class is so much fun!

We will go through the whole tamales process – preparing the masa by hand, preparing the corn husks, fixing the tamales by filling, folding and steaming.

During the steaming time, we will be able to make the salsa used for the filling and perhaps we will have time to play Mexican Bingo, snack on a nice appetizer and drink!

We are making Tamales with Pork in Salsa Verde, the traditional from Central Mexico.

This class is 100% hands-on and you will have many tamales to share with your family!
