Katie is an executive coach, author of Be Happy Now, Be Now, and is a KRI certified kundalini yoga instructor who believes that seeking to uncover and align with our authentic selves is vital to becoming the best we can be.

She has been a yoga student and teacher for over 25 years and has introduced her own program to corporations and individuals. Katie teaches techniques that deal directly with the physiological and mental causes of stress in an accessible and easy way for the average householder.
