The Beatles: The White Album Listening Party

Looking for a comfortable venue to experience music with a group of passionate music lovers? Introducing, The Needledrop Club, celebrating the influence of beloved albums from the past on today’s music scene.

The Needle Drop Club is a new way of hearing recorded music, utilizing both vinyl and digital media.

The Needledrop Club offers an alternative, a shared once a month listening party in the new special event space The Cellar located in the historic Carter Payne/Local Relic Brewing building in downtown Colorado Springs.

Each month, we’ll hear a classic album on vinyl and sometimes digital formats, gaining insight from the shared experience of listening together.

Please join us for the 50 year anniversary celebration of The Beatles “The Beatles” aka White Album. We’ll sample a side of three different vinyl versions of this iconic album;

• UK Stereo pressing from the early 1980’s
• 2009 Mono re-master from the original master tapes.
• 2018 Stereo Giles Martin (son of George Martin) remixed version.

Then we’ll play the other three sides of the version that’s the most popular among the assembled music lovers. It’s your chance to get involved in shaping the presentation.
