Three Poets Reading

Come hear three terrific poets, Nico Alvarado, Michael Morse, and MJ Sullivan, read their work. This event is free and open to the public, and on-campus parking during the reading is free.

Nico Alvarado teaches middle school English in Colorado Springs and is the author of The Collected Poems of Tim Riggins. Michael Morse's book, Void and Compensation, is out from Canarium Books. Michael lives in Brooklyn, N.Y., and teaches at the Iowa Summer Writing Festival, and the Fine Arts Work Center. Mary Jane Sullivan is a poet and filmmaker.She teaches poetry, social justice, and film studies at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs.
