We are often endeavoring to reach a certain level of accomplishment where we feel settled, content, and at peace. Yet we are doing so in a world that is in constant flux and change, so when we feel we’ve arrived it doesn’t last. But, by partnering with this transformation, we can connect with a wider sense of freedom and peace that comes with simply and fully being, just as we are.

During the workshop we will keep company with ancient stories from the Zen Koan tradition as we engage in meditation, group conversation and exploration, and work together in small groups. There will also be individual time for personal reflection and relaxation.
