'Truth Alone: Sohrab Ahmari's Journey to the Catholic Faith'

Ahmari will share hard-learned lessons, from his childhood in Iran to his adolescence in Utah.

He will speak about the centrality of the conscience, the moral perils of relativism and present-ism, and how to tune out modernity’s cacophonous noises to make room for Truth and the Permanent Things.

There will be a Q&A and book signing to follow.

Ahmari is the op-ed editor of the New York Post and a contributing editor of the Catholic Herald.

Previously, he served as an editor and columnist with the Wall Street Journal opinion pages in New York and London and as senior writer at Commentary magazine.

His work has also been published in the New York Times, the Chronicle of Higher Education, the Times Literary Supplement, the Spectator, the Weekly Standard, First Things, Dissent and America, among other publications. 

His other books include From Fire, by Water: My Journey to the Catholic Faith (Ignatius, 2019). He lives with his wife and children in Manhattan.
