David Gessner, founder of Ecotone magazine and author of many books, including "My Green Manifesto," "Ultimate Glory," and "All the Wild that Remains," which the San Francisco Chronicle called “a contemporary 'Call of the Wild' that resonates loudly and clearly from one coast to the other.”

And Nina de Gramont, novelist and CC alumna whose many books include "Every Little Thing in the World," "Meet Me at the River," and "The Last September."
