Viva Brazil!

The exuberance and energy of Brazil returns to Colorado for the Third Annual Viva Brazil Celebration. 
Presented by Smokebrush Foundation, the show is a mix of cultures, a union of classic and popular, a celebration of the very best dance and music from Brazil, the spirit and energy of this beautiful country brought to Colorado in the must see show by Luciana Da Silva.
The 20 plus member troupe of dancers and musicians will perform a repertoire based on popular dances of African origins like Samba, Samba de Roda, Maculelê, Capoeira and artistic representations of Orixas dances from Candomblé among others.

Featuring Alirio Silva, one of the best percussionists from Bahia, Sambrazil Dance Company, Viva Brazil Troupe, Samba Dancer Luciana Da Silva from Brazil, Colorado Springs Ballet Theatre. 

Starring International dancer, Alvaro Reys, from Rio de Janeiro, who brings the Bohemian lifestyle of Rio and the excitement of carnival in his astonishing performances.
