Winter Meditation and Mini Wreath Workshop

I’m so excited to partner again with Tracey Garcia and Hippie Soul Yoga Studio to offer an amazing combination of a winter meditation and a mini wreath workshop.

We will begin the afternoon with a short meditation led by Tracey Garcia. This meditation will set an intention to tap into the hushed sense of tranquility that one can connect with in the winter season, support you in accessing your creativity for the wreath-making process, and ultimately help ground you for the holiday season ahead.

After meditation, I will help you create a fresh mini holiday wreath. I provide several different types of fresh greenery (noble and douglas fir, bay leaf, magnolia, and cedar), and embellishments like pine cones, dried fruit, and ribbon.

Tickets include a light snack and beverage. It will be a lovely way to kick-off the holiday season!
