Dr. Christina Leza is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Colorado College. An integral member of the Hulbert Center for Southwest Studies Faculty Advisory Board, Professor Leza is passionate about Native American and Latino issues, and has provided immense help for those student groups (NASU and SOMOS, respectively). Her lecture will focus on the female border rights activists on the US-Mexico border, with a specific focus on Latina and Native American women. The latest in our WES lecture series, Dr. Leza’s lecture offers an enriching and unique perspective. Please join us for this last Aficionados luncheon of the 2013-2014 academic year!
