Yin Yoga and Singing Healing Bowl Meditation

Prepare for your week with a special Sunday afternoon workshop.

Practice will begin with yin yoga, a deep, quiet, and contemplative practice of awareness and stillness where you will explore the subtler layers of the body and breath.

Yin postures are each held for three to five minutes with a focus on the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis, and lower spine.

Then, you will move into a deep guided meditation supported by quartz crystal singing bowls. The rich, textural sounds created by the singing bowls resonate hypnotically throughout the space, creating healing tones and harmonious sensations.
