YMCA Healthy Kids Day

The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, in partnership with Children’s Hospital Colorado, Colorado Springs, is holding a free community event to inspire parents and kids to stay physically and intellectually active all summer long.

Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being of kids and families, and features activities such as games, arts and crafts, demonstrations and classes to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home.

Events will take place at YMCA’s across the Pikes Peak Region. Each vendor will provide a fun activity for parents and kids!
