To ensure everyone’s health and safety, Pikes Peak Library District will cancel all public programs, in addition to meeting and study room reservations, effective Mon., March 16, through Tue., March 31.
A flow-style class intended for all levels of students to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
Breath work and meditative centering activities included. Taught by local yoga instructor Annie Adams.
Please bring a yoga mat. This class is for ages 14 and older.
