Young Art Makers: Color Theory

Come play with us at the gorgeous YMCA community center at The Farm where we will be focusing our attention on Color Theory!

Our classes at the beautiful Gathering Place at The Farm in north Colorado Springs is a new YMCA community center. Monthly themed art classes are held on Mondays from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. for the ages of 5-12 years old.

This month we will be focusing on Color Theory. What feelings do colors invoke? How do we use color to make our artwork pop? How can we mix our own colors? What is a tint, shade, hue and saturation?
