The Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region has served the community since 1888. The organization is also the oldest club west of the Mississippi River and the eighth-oldest club of more than 3,300 worldwide.

During the club’s history, the organization has devoted itself to providing the youth of the Pikes Peak Region with a safe place to learn and grow. They operate three branches in the El Paso County area, serving approximately 8,000 youth (members and other youth served) with nationally acclaimed programming.

The purpose of the Boys & Girls Club is to build self-esteem and life skills in children, ages six to 18, by providing hope and opportunity through quality programs and activities administered by trained professional staff in a positive, safe environment. They offer more than 30 national programs within the five core program areas; education and career development; character and leadership development; the arts; health and life skills; and sports, fitness and recreation.
