The goal of the Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commerce is to promote the growth and development of black and minority owned businesses in El Paso and Teller County.

The Chamber serves as an advocate for minority businesses by providing its members with business information and opportunities which might improve their ability to compete in the local market.

The Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commerce (CSBCC) was established in 1992, by Colonel (Retired) James M. Stewart (USAF) to address the needs of Black small businesses in the Pikes Peak Region.

Building on the legacy of the original Chamber purpose, today’s CSBCC seeks to promote and empower minority businesses, communities, and organizations by promoting growth, development, and expanding entrepreneurship across the Pike Peaks Region.

Through our strategic partnerships we provide the tools, support and education that nurtures and cultivates innovation and economic sustainability for minority businesses and entrepreneurs through community building and collaboration.
