Mountain High Gallery and Gifts was originally the Navajo Gallery and Gifts. The Navajo was built in 1923 near the Manitou Springs Spa Building and the Cliff House Hotel. Today you can still find Native American themed artifacts, jewelry, T-shirts, and souvenirs.
