Not everyone learns the same way – we offer lessons that best suit your needs. Private instruction, traveling/in-home, & online/virtual piano lessons. Looking for classical, band, pop, chord, or jazz instruction? We teach it all!

We begin young and new musicians with the Faber Piano Adventures curriculum. Intermediate & students aged 11 and up will work in genres of music that interest them while continuing to build level-appropriate piano skills.

Piano Lab COS’s Piano Instructor, Nathan Farrell, is a classically trained pianist, having taken piano lessons himself since the age of 5. He played jazz trombone in his high school band, touring Europe at the age of 16. In 2007, he attended the New Life School of Worship and received his Certification as a Worship Pastor with a specialty in Piano, Vocals, & Leadership.

In-Person In-Studio 1-on-1 Private Piano Lessons Colorado Springs

It’s a classic for a reason. Private, in-person piano lessons offer students the 1-on-1 attention they need to make large strides in their quest to learn how to play the piano.

In-Studio lessons are $35* for (1) 30-minute lesson (billed at $140*/month) or $70* for (1) 60-minute lesson (billed at $280*/month).

Real-Time Online Remote Virtual Piano Lessons Based Out Of Colorado Springs

Don’t live in the Colorado Springs area? Don’t have time to get to a piano lesson in person? No problem! While we’ll miss seeing you in person, we’re more than happy to meet with you virtually.

Online lessons can be a little more challenging for younger kids so we ask that remote piano lessons be limited to kids aged 10 and up.

Online lessons are $30* for (1) 30-minute lesson (billed at $120*/month) or $60* for (1) 60-minute lesson (bulled at $240*/month).

Traveling In-Person In-Home Piano Lessons Colorado Springs

We bring the music to you with our traveling private piano lessons. Our experienced and qualified instructors provide personalized and convenient instruction in the comfort of your own home.

Traveling lessons are $35* for (1) 30-minute lesson and require a travel block to be paid for both before and after the lesson. 1 travel block of 30 minutes or less travel time will cost $35* per block. 1 travel block of 30 minutes or more travel time will cost $70* per block.

Ex: $35* travel block + $35* 30-min lesson + $35* travel block = $105* per lesson (paid monthly at $420*/month)

In-Person In-Studio Piano Group Lessons Colorado Springs

Group piano lessons are $20* for (1) 45-minute lesson (billed at $80*/month).

Nathan Farrell, is a classically trained pianist, having taken piano lessons himself since the age of 5. He played jazz trombone in his high school band, touring Europe at the age of 16. In 2007, he attended the New Life School of Worship and received his Certification as a Worship Pastor with a specialty in Piano, Vocals, & Leadership.

Nathan Farrell has been serving the local church in some sort of capacity (keys player to music director to worship pastor) since 2010, has taught piano lessons since 2012, has been hired to play piano for events as a pianist since 2013, has been designing sounds for churches and composing/producing music since 2015, and has taught middle-school/ high-school music, choir, & worship team electives since 2018.
