The Pikes Peak Arts Council is a non-profit organization founded in 1968 to honor, connect, and enrich local artists, working to ensure that artists are thriving in, and essential to, the Pikes Peak region.

PPAC offers microgrants to individual artists working in the visual, performing, media, literary and interdisciplinary arts. PPAC’s signature programs include the Pikes Peak Arts Council Awards, created in 2000 to recognize and honor the artists, performers and arts collaborators in the community, and the Pikes Peak Arts & Music Festival, held over the 4th of July weekend.
