Pikes Peak Regional Doula Association

The Pikes Peak Regional Doula Association (PPRDA) is an organization whose mission is to provide services, education and resources to birthing and postpartum families and to build a stronger birth community by mutually supporting and working with its doula members and other local birth professionals.

The term “Doula” is Greek in origin and it is translated “A Woman who Serves.” It has been adopted by the birth community to mean professional labor assistant or companion.
