The Southern Colorado AIDS Project (S-CAP) is the only AIDS Service Organization in southern Colorado providing HIV care, support, and prevention services across 25 counties in southern Colorado. S-CAP is part of the Colorado AIDS Project.

Since 1988, S-CAP has provided comprehensive and individualized care to men, women and children in Southern Colorado living with HIV/AIDS. S-CAP maintains offices in the metropolitan centers of southern Colorado (Colorado Springs and Pueblo), with some staff travelling to outlying counties. Services are provided at no cost, and are offered without regard to age, sex, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender expression.

Counties served (25): Alamosa, Baca, Bent, Chaffee, Cheyenne, Conejos, Costilla, Crowley, Custer, El Paso, Elbert, Fremont, Huerfano, Kiowa, Kit Carson, Las Animas, Lincoln, Mineral, Otero, Park, Prowers, Pueblo, Rio Grande, Saguache, and Teller.
