An 18-year veteran of the high-tech industry, Terza Ekholm has successfully navigated the communications channels between corporate executives, engineers, marketing managers, and field personnel. Upon leaving the corporate world, she embarked upon an entrepreneurial adventure, leading workshops in self-development, and becoming a Senior Certified Trainer for Send Out Cards. Drawing upon the experiences from her professional and personal life, she has become “The Thank You Coach”, to share the joy that gratitude, appreciation, and creativity brings.
