Tonya Moake Neely teaches lighting design to the wonderful students at UCCS and designs lighting professionally all over town and in Denver. Most recently you may have seen Tonya’s lighting for the UCCS/TW production of The Merry Wives of Windsor and The Bacchae or All My Sons at the Fine Arts Center. Tonya has her Masters degree from the University of California-Irvine and has worked in theaters all across the country including The Chance Theater and South Coast Repertory in Southern California, The Jefferson Performing Arts Society in New Orleans, and The Utah Shakespearean Festival. Tonya has worked on a number of exciting after-party events including the Comedy Central Roasts of William Shatner, Flavor Flav, and Bob Saget as well as the MTV 2008 VMAs. She continues her special event design work in Colorado with Mountain Light Company.
