I am a retired elementary teacher and live in Cascade, Colorado. All of my life I have been interested in drawing and painting and have taken art classes occasionally but never kept at anything for very long. I am basically self-taught, but I have learned a lot from art books, workshops and videos. I started sketching again in 2008 and in 2010 I decided to try watercolor painting. I have been painting watercolor pictures for about five years now. I participated in craft fairs from 2010-2013. In 2013 I had work displayed at The Staircase Gallery in Woodland Park, CO. My work is also for sale in two businesses in the Ute Pass area. I presently have work on exhibit at The Boulder Street Gallery in Colorado Springs. Sally Boeschen
