Dance Wonderland Kids is passionate about enhancing education with the arts and committed to bringing educational concepts to life through movement. They believe that children learn by playing and children learn by doing. Through integrated thought and action learners are able to discover deeper elements of information and present this information in a creative way.

Ages: 4-9, 4-12, and 7-12

Let’s Jam

Summer camp sessions last for five days for 2 1/2 hours each day. Depending on the campers age, there are 11 camp sessions offered during the summer. As with any Let’s Jam camp, all instruments are provided – guitars, basses, vocals, keyboards, drums, and percussion.

Ages: 7-11 and 11-17
Dates: June 8-12, June 15-19, June 22-26, July 6-10, and July 13-17

Turning Pointe Dance

Turning Pointe hosts mini camps during the summer as well as the IGNITE Camp and Workshops. They will have classes in various dance genres including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and musical theater, as well as devotional time and lunch time talks from professionals about injury prevention, careers in dance, nutrition, and more!

Ages: Ages 3-8, Grades 1-5, and ages 7+
Dates: June 2-4, June 9-11, June 16-18, June 23-25, July 14-16, July 21-32, July 27-31 (IGNITE), and August 4-6

Academy of Children’s Theatre

ACT will bring your children a fantastic theater experience. Your student will learn new skills, enjoy fun improvisational games, as well as prepare and perform a one-act play or musical theater selections on a real theater stage at the end of the week.

Ages: 4-Kindergarten, Grades 1-3, Grades 4-5, Grades 6-8, and Grades 9-12
Dates: May 18-22, June 1-5, June 8-12, June 15-19, June 22-26, June 29-July 3, July 6-10, July 13-17, July 20-24, and July 27-31

FAC Theatre School

The Fine Arts Center Theatre Company offers innovative and comprehensive professional theater training programs for students ages 5-adult. Musical theater, design, acting, play analysis, dancing, stand-up comedy, and the collaborative process are just a sampling of the rich curriculum offered by our award-winning professional staff of instructors.

Ages: 5-7 and 8-13
Dates: June 8-12, June 15-26, and July 27-August 7

Uncorked Kitchen

Uncorked Kitchen camp sessions are tailored to help children & teens use their summer or holiday vacation to discover something new or grow their already piqued interest in food. Creating healthy meals, learning where food comes from, as well as the importance of nutritious foods are all part of the Uncorked camp experience. They offer a variety of camp sessions in single-day format to week-long camps!

Ages: 7-10 and 11+

Space Foundation Discovery Center

Learn everything cool about space – coding, rockets, robots, and more! Come learn what it takes to get astronauts to Mars and back safely – and with the latest technology. Our future depends on you exploring Mars and beyond!

Ages: 7-11

Animation Production

The Animation Production Summer Class teaches & mentors 5th–12th grade students in digital and traditional art for creating animated cartoons and stories. This class will focus on skill development for animating, character design, scriptwriting, & voiceover acting.

Ages: Grades 5th – 12th
Dates: June 8 through July 16

AR Workshop

Enroll your creative kid in a summer art camp at AR Workshop in Northgate! Kids will create four DIY youth projects and a DIY camp t-shirt over the course of the week.

Ages: 7-14

Bemis School of Art

Enjoy “Art and Acting in the Forest” with outstanding arts educators and instructors from the FAC’s Bemis School of Art, set in the lush forest at the 400 acre La Foret Conference and Retreat Center.

Color Me Mine

A day camp for creative kids! They offer eight different five-day camps, each with a different theme. They have loads of amazing projects including painting ceramics, hand building with clay, tie dye, canvas painting, mixed media, and more!

Ages: 18 and Under
Dates: June 8-12, June 22-26, July 20-24, and August 3-7

Pikes Peak Artist Collective

For the Summer Art Academy (now some online and some in person), students will learn a wide variety of fine art techniques with a focus on being an artist entrepreneur. Students will have open studio time to create, hear from various guest speakers (local artists and gallery owners), and attend field trips to local galleries. Through this enriching experience students will learn to value their art as an artist entrepreneur and get the chance to sell their artwork.

Ages: 8-17
Dates: The 2020 Summer Art Academy is Tuesdays and Thursdays June through August. The Summer Art Camps are Monday and Tuesday throughout the summer.

La Foret Retreat & Conference Center

Camp at La Foret offers more than the basic summer camp. Yes, they have a high ropes course, creative crafts, energetic games, silly group songs, and welcoming campfires, but what makes La Foret camps truly unique is their open hearts and minds. La Foret’s Music, Art, Drama, and Dance (MADD) camp is all about the arts. There will be tons of arts activities, games, and fun!

Ages: Grades 9-12

Millibo Art Theater

Millibo’s award-winning summer camps have been going strong for over a decade! Come play and discover the creative possibilities of the performing arts!

Pikes Peak YMCA

Summer Day Camps offer enriching weekly camp theme activities where friends are made through group games, sports & fitness, hands-on science activities, arts & crafts, music and swimming!
