Thanks for a great Artini 2019! Mark your calendars for next year’s Artini, Thursday, October 1, 2020 back at the Mining Exchange!
We’ve picked 10 fun things not to miss at this years Artini, and have compiled the list below just for you! Join us for a great evening with friends and fellow arts-lovers, as we officially kickoff the 2019 Arts Month celebration! For more information, find the complete 2019 Artini event page here!
1. BJ Estares & Route 61

BJ Estares and Route 61 are a local band that has been entertaining fans with blues, classic rock, and original music in the Pikes Peak Region since 2005, and they have worked consistently as a house band at Bronco Billy’s Casino in Cripple Creek for the last five years. During the Artini, BJ and his band will play three sets in the Gold Room from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
2. Manitou Paints! (Plein Air Painters)

Members of Manitou Paints! will be showcasing their skills in the lobby of the Mining Exchange.
3. GalaxyFest Fashion Show

GalaxyFest is a multi-genre pop culture festival that promotes and encourages artistic expression in all forms. Their past fashion shows have included black lights, wildlife costumes, and anything but the ordinary.
4. Jazz by Sarah Groh and Jana Lee

Colorado Springs has an incredible jazz community and we are always happy when Sarah Groh and Jana Lee come together to sing.
5. Food Trucks

Come to the Artini hungry because between Kabob Kaboose, Bison Brothers, The Cupcake Doctor, Potato Potato, and Tito’s Burritos there’s enough food for everyone!
6. Martini Tastings

Throughout the evening, local mixologists from the 365 Grand Club properties will be creating their signature martini drinks, and competing to earn the title of “Best Artini Martini 2019.” Free tastings will be available, and voting by Artini attendees will determine this year’s winner.
7. Peaks & Pasties Burlesque

Let the dancers of Peaks & Pasties Burlesque (and boylesque) wow you with their treasure trove of sequins, rhinestones, and tassels. From traditional burlesque to modern dance and vaudevillian, you will be enthralled by the troupe’s celebration of women and men of all varieties.
8. Ephemeral Art Body Painting

9. Aerialists (Shangri-La Aerial Arts)
