Join CSPM on Valentine’s Day for its 4th Annual Silent Film Soiree showing the 1925 silent film adaptation of Phantom of the Opera!
Join the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum this Valentine’s Day for our fourth annual Silent Film Soiree. In honor of the legendary Man of a Thousand Faces, Lon Chaney, the event will feature the 1925 silent film adaptation of Phantom of the Opera.
Lon Chaney was born in Colorado Springs in 1883. Lon’s grandfather, John Kennedy established the Colorado Springs School for the Deaf and the Blind in 1874.
Enjoy the silent film and live accompaniment by the Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra in the beautiful 1903 El Paso County Courthouse. Included with admission is VIP access to museum exhibits, a Roaring Twenties themed costume party and contest, photo booth, and more! The event is open to adults (21+).
