Kiddo Yoga, taught by local yoga instructor Leigh Spector-Schultz, offers routines that provide movement, silly play, and dance.

Kids, parents, and caregivers can move together with the poses, make silly noises, and dance freely during the class. Please bring along a pillow or two and a yoga mat.

Those with infants are welcomed to bring a "boppy" or breast-feeding pillow and can wear their infant in a sling for most of the poses.

This class is designed for children infant to age 8 with an adult and all experience levels are welcome.
